Persuasion Architecture

Topic:
Your website can have thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of visitors every day. Not all of these visitors will behave the same way once they arrive. Different people approach the buying process in different ways. This seems rather obvious, and yet most Web sites are designed for the "average user". So you provide content, and you hope that your visitors will find the information they need.

The Minerva Architectural Process (M.A.P.) provides a detailed process for persuading your visitors to take the actions you want them to take. Nothing is left to chance. You build persuasive paths, providing each visitor with the information she wants, when she wants it, in the language that speaks to her individual needs. You marry this buying process with your selling process, providing her with key benefits, assurances, and information to help her make the decisions you want her to make. Using Persuasion Architecture, you purposefully design your Web site so both you and your visitors achieve your goals.

Bio:
Formerly with NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, John holds a Master's degree in astrophysics, and was a member of the Chicago Board of Trade's mid-am division before becoming chief technology officer of FutureNow, Inc. With clients such as Computer Associates, iProspect, Allegis, Dell, and the Perth Mint, his company maximizes conversion rates of clients via their patent-pending Persuasion Architecture M.A.P. process, which incorporates expert persuasion techniques directly into the architecture, email marketing, design and development processes. He's a regular contributor to the popular GrokDotCom newsletter, and author of several best-selling books, most recently "Discovering Fusebox 4".
