Flash for movies

Topic:
Want to add video easily to your website? Want to learn cool tricks with Flash video? Flash movies start playing faster than Windows Media Player, QuickTime and Real movies and appear to have better quality. Buttons can be made from movies adding life and functionality to otherwise static pages. Additionally, desktop video editing applications combined with the Macromedia Studio suite provide for rapid dissemination and updating of critical media files. Jobs that have been subcontracted to expensive production facilities can now be brought entirely in-house, performed entirely by your company's staff or with the assistance of experts. Examples will be shown from my site. Additionally, the purchase of Macromedia by Adobe will accelerate this trend.

Bio:
Avid Certified Instructor, and one of only 16 Avid Certified Users world wide, Paul has over five years Avid editing experience. His teaching credits include, the Workshops at Rockport College, GeniusDV in Orlando, Miami, Dallas and Atlanta and Henninger Media in Arlington. Credits include feature films, shorts and many actors demo reels. Paul started his software career developing customized PC database applications in Rbase, Dbase, Clipper and FoxPro for various U.S. government agencies. He then went to Southwestern Bell Telephone where he was the project manager in charge of automating the call center operations. He returned to the DC area and put his call center experience to use developing custom accounting and ERP software for small and midsize businesses, before migrating to the web and starting his own company, Solar Software LLC. In addition to film and video work, he continues to develop interactive web sites and can integrate backend databases to create complete enterprise solutions. His clients include medical facilities, small businesses, musicians, actors and movie/video production facilities. Web: http:/www.paragonproductions.com
